Expatriés Challenge Rules
Triathlon formats : Sprint and Olympic
1. You must be signed up to the race in advance on iDo Sport.
2. Only your best 5 races will be taken into account.
3. Results will be split into the following FFTri categories :

Senior Male
-
Senior Female
-
Veteran Male
-
Veteran Female
4. Points are assigned based on the following criteria :

Decile % you finish within your category
-
Sprint (S) = Coefficient x 1
-
Olympic (M) = Coefficient x 1.5
5. The top 3 in each category will receive a prize at the annual awards night.
